Fit For Life

“FIT FOR LIFE” is an 8 week small group strength training class for our older adults that focuses on gaining strength and independence. The program is structured as 2 workout classes per week for 8 weeks, Mondays and Thursdays at 9:00am. Classes consist of no more than 8 people, workouts are programmed by Dr. Rachel, and classes her coached by two doctor’s of physical therapy. It’s a fun and safe way to fight frailty and gain and keep independence as we age.
